It was considered an illusion turned reality because the maze itself starts on its own. It was noted to be one of the cursed parts of Evergreen Forest and only a little managed to get out of the maze itself – take note that even flying is tricky for the areas and the paths are exactly the same. It was said also to hold some items that are pretty interesting and valuable, and thus the result of the maze going on its own for protection.
